Training and Coaching

With our academic teaching experience, we accompany and guide you, your management team and your finance and controlling staff with individual trainings and coachings.

• Open and Inhouse Seminars
  We train your managers who don´t yet have a finance nor controller function to get a consolidated knowledge to support the corporation in the proper financial direction. Furthermore, we offer controller seminars for your specialists in actual topics of strategic and operative controlling.  Together, we decide the location, scope and course of the seminar. Because of the modular structure, you can directly influence the selection of the seminar topics.
• Inhouse Workshops
  The joint workshop provides a base to develop, prepare and implement the strategy of a finance and controlling project. We take care of the design, the moderation and the documentation. We can also do a transition into an accompanying coaching.
  
• Coaching
  Our coaching supports you in the kick-off phase of your finance and controlling project to build the right project team and to implement the most efficient solution. The target is a speedy knowledge transfer with the best practice to process by yourself.
